Sanyukta Vohra is an experienced HR leader with over 20 years in the corporate world. She is a post graduate in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, one of the top B-schools in India and is an ICF certified coach. Currently heading the Global HR function of a technology services company, she has worked with a diverse workforce spanning multiple countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, UAE and India. This extensive international exposure has enhanced her understanding of human behaviour across cultures. Sanyukta began her career in sales before transitioning to HR. She has delivered several training programs on topics such as effective communication and leadership skills.She is dedicated to supporting individuals in their personal and professional growth and throughout her career, she has been guiding, mentoring and coaching numerous employees especially HR professionals, many of whom now hold prominent positions in large organizations.
